Making cheese by hand is not only fascinating it is also fun with more and more people wanting to learn how to do it. From the skills you will gain during this workshop you’ll be able to take them home with you and make your own cheese from any milk. Not only will you enjoy eating your own cheeses you will also amaze your friends when you give them great and valued presents for birthdays, anniversaries, etc. You will also get to take home some of the cheese you make during the workshop.
We will supply you with all you need to make your cheese. However, you will need to bring your own lunch though morning and afternoon teas are provided.

Aspiring ConnectedChefs can learn the skill and secrets of French cuisine with this French Classics class, located in Sydney’s Neutral Bay. Be taught by the Head Chef who trained at a 2 Michelin starred restaurant in Paris before working for renowned Chef Ramond Blanc.
Participants will have the opportunity to make a selection of three items such as Twice Baked Cheese souffle, Lamb Provencal, Duck ala Orange, Paris mash, Crepe Suzette, Creme Brulee, Chocolate ganache tart, or Apple tart au tan.

Red Balloon takes off with dessert cooking class
